All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any readings, services, events, classes or appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will only be accepted at the Owner’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

 Sea Witch Readings gift cards can be used toward any available service, including readings, spellwork, and events as well as products.

• How to Redeem: Present your digital or physical gift card at the time of booking or checkout.
   
• No Expiration: Gift cards never expire and have no fees.
   
• Balances: If your purchase is less than the value of your card, the remaining balance can be used for future sessions.
   
• Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
   
• Limitations: Gift cards can’t be used to purchase other gift cards or combined with some promotions.
